免疫治疗是目前肿瘤研究的热点，大量临床研究证实以PD-1/PD-L1阻断剂为代表的免疫治疗对于包括黑色素瘤、非小细胞肺癌在内的多种晚期癌症具有显著的临床益处，并为部分晚期肿瘤患者带来了治愈的希望。然而免疫治疗仍然存在有效率低的困境，目前PD-1/PD-L1阻断剂单药治疗的反应率仅有10%~40%。如何提高免疫治疗疗效是临床医生和基础研究者所面对的重大挑战。
