结核性胸膜炎是一种常见病、多发病，尤其是老年人，近年的发病率更有显著上升趋势[1]。由于该病在临床上缺乏特异性表现，用细菌学方法检测敏感性不高，胸膜活检又存在一定的创伤性和危险性，所以给初诊患者的确诊带来了一定难度[2]。现对结核性胸膜炎患者的胸水进行TB-Ab和TB-DNA检测及联合检测，并与传统的胸水涂片抗酸染色、罗氏培养检测结果比较，以探讨其在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用价值。
