目的:检测多形性腺瘤中BMP 蛋白的表达及BMP2 mRNA 的扩增情况,以探讨多形性腺瘤的病理发生机制。方法:应用BMP 的单克隆抗体检测BMP 在多形性腺瘤中的表达,并进一步应用BMP2 的特异性引物和RT2PCR 的方法,扩增6 例多形性腺瘤组织中的RNA。结果: 6 例多形性腺瘤组织中可以检测到BMP 蛋白的扩增,其中5 例有BMP2 mRNA 的扩增。结论:BMP 可能参与了多形性腺瘤的...
