视网膜骨内固定术与倒置微创内固定(LISS)术对狭窄型老年股骨转子间骨折患者的影响。方法:选择2015年7月﹣ 2017年7月我院收治的98例不稳定型老年股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组各49例。A组患者采用髓内固定术,B组患者采用倒置LISS术。
