提出一种基于发电厂的风力发电机设计理念,以风电场年发电量和发电质量作为优化目标,采用伸缩式叶片结构,在低风速下伸展叶片以提高风机输出功率,在高风速下收缩叶片,结合变桨实现输出功率调节;将额定风速、伸展时最大叶片长度、收缩时最小叶片长度和叶片中心半径作为优化变量,建立风机系统优化模型,运用遗传算法获取风机最优设计参数。结合风机设计实例,验证了风机系统优化设计的可行性。
