生物质发电项目是我国近几年兴建较多的新能源项目,随着兴建、在建、运营的项目增多,构建一个此类项目的评价体系对于其评估批准兴建、运营管理有现实意义。以模糊评价方法为主,结合层次分析法构建了生物质发电项目的评价体系,并利用实例进行了检验、修正。结果证明该评价体系能够对生物质发电项目进行评价,结论正确。该评价体系构建对生物质发电项目兴建、运营管理决策起到有益作用。
