人体绝大多数细胞为二倍体，同时，机体存在大量细胞周期调控机制以确保细胞在连续的分裂过程中保持二倍体状态。全基因组倍增（Whole Genome Duplication, WGD）是具有组织特异性的常见基因突变模式，即天然二倍体细胞转变为基因不稳定的四倍体细胞。WGD在肿瘤的发生与进展过程中发挥重要驱动作用，且通常与患者预后不良有关，但WGD发生的细胞及分子机制尚不清楚。
近日，暨南大学附属第一医院纳米诊疗研究所陈填烽教授/贺利贞研究员团队在纳米药物重编程NK细胞代谢增强肿瘤免疫治疗研究获得新突破，相关研究成果发表在国际著名期刊《Advanced Science》（影响因子17.521）。暨南大学附属第一医院为该研究的第一完成单位，贺利贞研究员为本论文第一作者，陈填烽教授为本论文通讯作者。
