项目概况:国内硼矿的加工方法一般以硼镁矿为原料,采用碳碱法制取硼砂,再由硼砂生产硼酸,简称“二步法”。仅有少量的高品位矿采用硫酸法制取硼酸。而且由于硼镁矿中含有镁,结晶硼酸后的母液,硫酸镁与硼酸达到共饱点时,硼酸母液无法利用,基本上都采用排放处理,因而采用东北高品位的硼镁矿硼收率仅60%左右。采用西藏硼镁矿硼的收率在75%,硼资源浪费严重,也严重的污染环境。
项目研究的背景及用途:偏苯三酸酐是重要的精细化工产品,下游产品有二十多种,分三大类:偏苯三酸酯、新型涂料和聚酰胺-酰亚胺。偏苯三酸酯主要用作聚氯乙烯树脂的耐热和耐久性增塑剂。偏酐的另一主要用途是制造涂料。偏酐与多元醇、脂肪酸、二元酸配制成水溶性醇酸树脂涂料,与有机硅中间体、脂肪酸配制成硅树脂改性水溶性醇酸树脂涂料。偏酐与芳香族二胺反应制备成聚酰胺-酰亚胺,是良好的工程塑料,可用作F级和H级电机的绝...
