探讨粪便样本作为疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）患者筛查的可行性。方法利用实时RT-PCR技术，对15例COVID-19患者治疗后痰，粪便标本中新型冠状病毒的ORF1ab，N基因以及人体细胞管家基因核糖核酸酶P（核糖核酸酶P，RNase P）进行检测，比较痰，粪便标本检测阳性情况。
