郑海娟《古新圣经残稿》：乾嘉年间，法国来华耶稣会士贺清泰（Louis de Poirot, 1735-1814）将拉丁文武加大圣经译为白话汉语，并添加注解，计一百万字有余，名为《古新圣经》。本书以上海徐家汇藏书楼所藏《古新圣经》抄本为基础，兼参照香港思高圣经协会及台湾中研院傅斯年图书馆所藏相关抄本，点以句读、加以校勘而成。
《圣经文学研究》（第24辑2022年春）是2022年1月由宗教文化出版社出版的图书，作者是梁工、程小娟。

基督教东传是白话文学运动的重要源头，基于传教的现实需要，19世纪早期，传教士们将《圣经》译为中文，并创办报刊杂志，撰写传道小说。由此，白话文《圣经》的翻译与传播以及传道小说的撰写可以视为后来白话文学运动的先声。这一系列的话语实践对中国现代白话文学的诞生产生了很大影响。
