采用高速摄像技术拍摄了型孔式水稻排种轮的充种过程,分析了充种区内稻种的流动规律、充种姿态以及充种趋势。高速摄像表明:稻种在充种区内主要是沿着限种板一侧向下流动,流动后稻种呈竖立或斜立姿态;在稻种充入型孔的过程中,稻种首先以竖立或斜立姿态充入到排种轮型孔中,其余稻种以平躺姿态填充到型孔上部;91.1%的稻种集中在第2充种区内完成最终的充种过程,因此充分利用第2充种区可以提高型孔式排种轮的充种性能。

通过食味仪测量糙米理化指标数据,借鉴精米模型,利用系数重估法得出糙米主要成分含量与食味值的关系式。采用二次正交旋转组合设计方案,在控制干燥时间直至稻谷含水率达15%左右的基础上,建立了糙米食味值的数学模型。研究表明, 干燥温度、初始含水率和真空度是影响稻米真空干燥食味品质的3个重要因素,对食味值的影响从大到小依次顺序为干燥温度、初始含水率、真空度,且前二者与食味值呈负相关,后者与之呈正相关。

分析了具有旋转、平移和尺度变换不变性,并且与边界的起点位置无关的归一化傅里叶描述子,并把傅里叶描述子及欧氏距离应用于稻飞虱的形状识别中,通过计算同一形状和不同形状的平均离散度检验了归一化傅里叶描述子系数的稳定性,从而确定形状系数基准值。对191张样本图像进行了测试,当相似度差异小于0.0123时,稻飞虱误判率为7.85%。结果表明,归一化傅里叶描述子具有高效的识别性能。
