阐述了液力变矩器叶栅系统参数化设计方法,在对几种典型叶型设计方法分析比较的基础上,基于实用的最小参数原则选定了样条拟合曲线方法实现叶片设计,并结合变宽度循环圆设计方法,提出了叶栅系统参数化设计方法,基于UG/OPEN API编制了相应程序并给出了设计实例。在上述研究基础上,总结并提出了液力变矩器叶栅系统参数化体系,为后续叶栅系统三维优化设计及制造提供了灵活便捷的设计模型。
