为校验数控系统运行时的逻辑与性能可达性，引入了基于网论原理的系统动态建模与分析技术。提出了带抑制弧TTPN的有条件等价转换策略，可有效降低分析模型的维度与复杂度。建立了系统运动控制相关过程的分析模型，经等效转换处理后进行了仿真分析，并给出了系统调整的量化依据。仿真表明经调整后的系统能达到预期指标。
