为了预测计算晶闸管开断产生的电磁干扰噪声,准确建立阀系统各元件(晶闸管、阻容均压回路、均压电容、饱和电抗器)的宽频等效电路模型是十分必要的。为此,提出基于Brune 综合法的HVDC 换流站阀系统宽频建模方法:在测量得到各元件散射参数后,对测量到的数据进行转换和有理逼近,得到有理逼近表达式后应用网络综合方法进行电路建模。将等效电路的EMTP 仿真结果与测量结果进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。
