针对电絮凝系统中缓蚀现象的成因,我校环境与土木工程学院严群教授团队提出了用修饰涂层保护阳极板,进而有效抑制极板表面腐蚀情况的解决方法。经过实验对比,最终确定了用PANI (聚苯胺)-MMT (蒙脱土)材料进行极板修饰,并测试了涂覆后的极板的电化学性能以及多批次实验后的处理重金属效果,最终证实涂层修饰可以有效保护极板,延长使用寿命,稳定去除效果。
