探讨血清和肽素、循环微小RNA-1对于急性心肌梗死（AMI）的临床鉴别诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月—2017年8月三门峡市中心医院收治的100例胸痛病人，根据最终临床确诊将病人分为AMI组（57例）、非AMI组（43例），对比两组入院时的血清和肽素、循环微小RNA-1水平及心肌酶学指标，绘制受试者工作曲线（ROC）求取最佳诊断临界值对应的诊断学指标。
探讨主动脉球囊反搏泵联合心脉隆注射液静脉输注治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）并心源性休克的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月—2017年12月于我院就诊的AMI并心源性休克病人92例，采用随机数字表法，将病人等分为观察组（46例）与对照组（46例）。对照组予以主动脉球囊反搏泵治疗，观察组基于此联合心脉隆注射液静脉输注治疗，对比两组治疗效果。
