探讨输尿管硬镜联合N-Trap阻石篮钬激光碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法根据手术方式不同，将112例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者分成两组，A组采取输尿管硬镜联合N-Trap阻石篮钬激光碎石术（60例），B组采取输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术（52例）；观察并比较两组患者手术时间、术后2d及1个月结石清除率、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度等指标。
