痛风是常见的炎症性关节炎,主要由体内嘌呤代谢紊乱导致尿酸钠晶体在关节处的沉积造成。近年来,痛风的发病率不断攀升且呈明显的年轻化趋势,严重威胁着人类的健康。目前,痛风的治疗以口服降尿酸药物为主,但会产生诸多不良反应。另外,尿酸钠在体内的结晶机制尚不明确。因此,研发可揭示痛风发病机制的体外仿生平台和抑制尿酸钠结晶的功能材料成为解决问题的重要途径。
