卷羽鹈鹕（Pelecanus crispus），鹈形目鹈鹕科鸟类，属国家一级重点保护鸟类，被世界自然保护联盟IUCN红色名录列为近危（NT）物种。根据迁徙和分布范围，卷羽鹈鹕被分为欧洲、西亚和东亚3个种群。其中，东亚种群繁殖于蒙古国西部，并全部越冬于我国境内，主要分布在浙江、福建等东南沿海地区。
